The Girls Who Invest Scholars Program

Prospective Scholars can apply to the GWI Scholars Program, which begins with a unified curriculum that builds technical and career development skills to position Scholars for successful careers in investment management and beyond. Sophomore applicants can opt into consideration for our Internship Track to become eligible candidates for paid internships at GWI Partner firms. All Scholars participating in GWI’s Internship Track complete a carefully curated curriculum aimed at positioning Scholars for success in their internship search.

The unified curriculum of the GWI Scholars Program will conclude in late March 2027. In April 2027, Scholars will transition into the Online Intensive Program (OIP) or the Summer Intensive Program (SIP) depending on a range of factors - including but not limited to Internship Track selection/acceptance, internship availability, and/or other programmatic considerations.

Most Scholars will progress from the GWI Scholars Program into OIP (i.e., those who did not opt into the Internship Track or were not matched with a GWI-facilitated internship). Of the Scholars matched with internships through GWI, most will participate in SIP.
