Greg Davis
President & Chief Investment Officer. Vanguard
Gregory Davis is Vanguard's president and chief investment officer, and a member of the board of directors. He is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s investment management and for overseeing enterprise risk management. Previously, Greg was principal and global head of Vanguard Fixed Income Group, responsible for its portfolio management, strategy, credit research, trading, and planning functions. He also served as the company's Asia-Pacific chief investment officer and a director of Vanguard Investments Australia. Greg is a member of the board of governors of the Investment Company Institute and a member of the Investor Advisory Committee on Financial Markets for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. He also serves as chairman of the board of trustees for Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. From 2016 to 2024, he was a member of the Treasury Borrowing Advisory Committee of the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Greg earned a B.S. in insurance from Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. in finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia.

Theresia Gouw
Founding & Managing Partner, Acrew Capital
Theresia has over two decades of experience in the tech industry as both an investor and entrepreneur. In 2019, she founded her second venture firm Acrew Capital, a thesis-driven venture capital firm engaging in long-term partnerships with founders who are uniquely suited to solve tech’s most challenging problems. Acrew’s Long Term View (LTV) fund invests in early stage technology companies , while its Acrew Diversify Capital Fund (DCF) introduces value-added capital to growth-stage companies and broadens access to participation in high-growth innovation. The firm manages approximately $1.7B in assets. Notable Acrew investments that Theresia has led include Cato Networks, HYCU, Ketch, and Solv, among others.
Prior to founding Acrew, Theresia co-founded Aspect Ventures. She began her distinguished venture capital career at Accel, where she spent 15 years as a Managing General Partner backing category-defining companies. Throughout her career, Theresia has been fortunate to work with many successful companies through IPOs or acquisitions including: Forescout (FSCT), Imperva (IMPV), Trulia (TRLA), Hotel Tonight (Airbnb), Astro (Slack; WORK), and LearnVest (Northwestern Mutual).
As an entrepreneur, Theresia was founding VP of Business Development and Sales at Release Software, a venture-backed company that provided SaaS to enable digital rights management and payment technologies for the software industry.
In addition to her venture work, Theresia is an active investor in professional sports. She is the lead investor in Major League Volleyball’s NorCal franchise, holds a majority investment in p1440, is a minority owner of the NFL’s Buffalo Bills and the NBA’s Golden State Warriors ownership group, and is an LP in Bay FC, the Bay Area’s National Women’s Soccer League team.
Theresia is a first-generation immigrant and a passionate supporter of educational causes, serving on the board of DonorsChoose.org & Brown University, and increasing diversity in the tech industry. Her work and impact have been widely recognized as she has been named to Forbes' 50 Over 50 list, 100 Most Powerful Women list, and Midas List (9x), Time’s 40 Most Influential Minds in Tech, and Carnegie’s annual Distinguished Immigrants List.

Thomas K. Lee
Executive Director & Chief Investment Officer, NYSTRS
Thomas K. Lee was appointed in 2007 as the sixth leader of the New York State Teachers’ Retirement System (NYSTRS), which was founded in 1921. He is responsible for the administration of retirement benefits to nearly 460,000 participants and the investment of plan assets totaling $154.2 billion.
NYSTRS is among the best-funded public pension plans in the nation with a funded status of 99%. The System pays approximately $8.7 billion in annual benefit payments, over 80% of which are distributed to New York residents.
Mr. Lee is a member of the Executive Committee of the National Association of State Retirement Administrators (NASRA). He serves on the Board of the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF).
Mr. Lee has a BA in Political Science and Sociology from Dickinson College, a MA in Political Science from Temple University, and a MBA from George Washington University.
